Focus at the 3rd eye and touching the tip of each finger with the thumb tip, chant:
Thumb and first finger - Sa Thumb and 2nd finger - Ta Thumb and 3rd finger (ring) - Na Thumb and 4th finger (little) - Ma
For 11 minutes: 2 minutes out loud 2 minutes whisper 3 minutes silent 2 minutes whisper 2 minutes out loud
For 31 minutes: 5 minutes out loud 5 minutes whisper 11 minutes silent 5 minutes whisper 5 minutes out loud

Visualize the energy coming in through the crow of the top of the head and going out through the third eye. Repeat the sequence, always starting with the index finger. Approximately 1 second per finger tip. To end, inhale and hold the breath for a few seconds. Focus the eyes upward, exhale and relax.
